Delivery Information

Little miss charming couriers parcels across South Africa on a daily basis for R99.00  If the courier service does not cover your area your parcel will be sent to you by registered mail. Please note that should it be sent via registered mail it is your responsibility to fetch the item from your local post office.

​If you do not fetch it from them and it gets sent back to us you will need to pay the postage fee again for it to be sent back to you or if you would like a refund a R150 handling fee will be deducted.

All pricing on Little miss princess Online Store website is subject to the Rand rate and is subject to change without notice.



At the time of purchasing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank for a payment request for the amount of the order. Goods are only dispatched to the customer on receipt of funds in the merchant’s bank account from the acquiring bank. Credit card payments can take up to 7 consecutive business days to clear. Credit Card payments are taken through PayFast.


If the buyer selects to pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), instructions will be given on how to deposit monies into Little miss charming Online Store bank account and would be subject to the following rules:

The exact amount must be paid

The payment must be identified by supplying the order number and surname in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer.

Unpaid EFT deposit orders are cancelled after two business days.

Clearance can take up to 3 consecutive business days.


Stocks of all goods on offer are limited, due to the popularity of some products or services, Little miss charming Online Store may not always have the specific product/s ordered by you, in stock. We do however take back orders even if a product is sold out. We then dispatch such product within 2 weeks once received from our suppliers


Little miss charming Online Store shall only accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery, provided the product is in its mint and original packaging and in the same condition as when received. If the goods and packaging are not in mint condition, they will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Defective items may only be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

  1. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging.
  2. Swimwear and jewellery that contains piercings are not refundable
  3. All non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
  4. If unopened goods are returned within 7 days, you will receive a refund excluding transport costs.
